Hey queen! I’m Sabine, head coach and founder of Sculpted By Sabine!! I’ve worked with over 250+ women all over Australia to help them achieve a body and mindset they feel confident asf in and completely transform their lives!
I’ve been in your shoes, felt defeated, broken down and like nothing would ever work for me. My entire life I struggled with my weight, getting caught up in the fad diets and quick fixes, chloe ting workouts, until I said enough was enough! I lost over 20 kg’s, compete as an IFBB Bikini competitor and completely transformed my life.
Now, my goal is help women who were just like me escape the quick fixes, fad diets and self doubt and achieve the body of their dreams through a balanced and educational approach so you don’t just get the result but, can sustain it for a lifetime!

Hey girl!! I'm Briar, I've had the privilege to work with countless women all over Australia to heal their relationship with food and step into their most confident selves inside and outside the gym!
I’ve done everything you can think of, I tried every Ebook, followed every fitness video, restricted my eating, overtrained to compensate and instead of moving forward to my goals, I was going backwards.
I know how it feels to be victimised by diet culture, having experienced first hand the ups and downs that come with developing a healthy relationship with food and training. Real progress comes from understanding your body, finding balance and being consistent.
Now, I'm here to help you do just that! Develop a healthy relationship with food so you can flourish into your strongest most confident self!!

EMILY MCKELLAR- COACH
Hey girl, I’m Emily! I’ve had the privilege to work with 100s of women both in person and online over a number of years to help them finally break free of the quick fixes and achieve sustainable results!
I started my fitness journey in 2017 at 110kg’s, miserable and desperate for a change. Prior to this I felt like I had tried every fad weight loss hack, diet, and exercise program but nothing stuck. Between 2017 - 2019 I managed to lose just over 50kgs. In 2019 I was taken out of the gym, and a sport I loved, for a full knee reconstruction and spent the next 18 months in intensive rehab.
From the years of 2020 - 2024 I worked with a coach who completely changed my outlook on fitness, I was taught how to fuel my body well & found a type of movement I LOVED doing.
My path was completely transformed, and this is the type of coach I aim to be for my clients. I aim to provide education, encouragement and empowerment to each and every one of my girls, helping them to achieve all their wildest dreams.
